1. Company Overview

Rolling Webs is a professional web development and digital marketing agency based in Kashmir, offering services including website design, WordPress development, eCommerce development, SEO, SMM, branding, and automation.

2. Services

All services provided by Rolling Webs are subject to a clearly defined scope, pricing, and timeline, which will be communicated through proposals, quotes, or invoices. Our services include:

  • Website Design & Development
  • WordPress & E-commerce Solutions
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Branding & Business Automation

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide necessary content and access credentials in a timely manner
  • Review work and respond to feedback requests promptly
  • Ensure submitted materials are owned by them or licensed appropriately

4. Payments

  • A 50% advance is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed
  • Final payment is due before project delivery or launch
  • Monthly retainers (e.g., SEO or maintenance) must be paid in advance
  • Late or missed payments may lead to project delays or suspension

5. Revisions & Changes

We offer a limited number of revisions as stated in your service agreement. Major revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges, which will be quoted separately.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Projects canceled before completion may receive a partial refund, based on completed work
  • No refunds are issued after final delivery or handover
  • Ongoing services require 30 days’ notice to cancel

7. Intellectual Property

  • All work remains the property of Rolling Webs until full payment is received
  • Once fully paid, ownership of custom design, code, and content transfers to the client
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise

8. Limitation of Liability

Rolling Webs is not liable for:

  • Content supplied by the client
  • Downtime or issues caused by third-party services
  • Delays due to client communication gaps

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it for more details.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We encourage clients to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any legal action or dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Srinagar.
